The App does not collect or store any personal information of users (such as name, address, phone number, email address, credit card details, etc.). Subscription information, settings, and any other data entered by the user into the App are stored entirely on the user's device (or within the user's personal iCloud account). We do not access this data, nor is it ever transmitted to our servers.

Article 2 (Data Storage and Synchronization)

  1. Local Storage All data entered into the App is saved in the local storage of the device running the App (such as SwiftData).
  2. iCloud Synchronization If the user enables iCloud in their device settings, data will automatically be backed up and synchronized via iCloud storage provided by Apple Inc. This data is managed under Apple's strict security standards and cannot be accessed by any third parties, including us.

Article 3 (Device Permissions and Purposes)

The App may request the following device permissions to improve user convenience:

  1. Location Location information is used solely while using the App to record sweet spots based on your current location. Location data is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers.
  2. Notifications Notifications are used to inform users of subscription renewal dates or payment dates. Notification content is not transmitted externally.

Article 4 (Use of Third-Party Services)

We utilize the following third-party services for in-app purchase processing, usage analytics, and service quality improvements. These services handle information according to their respective privacy policies:

We make no warranties that the App is fit for a particular purpose, meets expected functionality, commercial value, accuracy, or usefulness, or that it will operate without defects or bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user arising from or in connection with the use of the App, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

Article 6 (Changes to this Privacy Policy)

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice to users whenever deemed necessary. The revised Privacy Policy shall become effective upon being posted within the App or on our distribution website.
