These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the smartphone application “SoloWaterMark” (the “App”) provided by JUNICHI HASHIMOTO (the “Operator”). Registered users (the “Users”) shall use the App in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Applicability)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Operator in connection with the use of the App.
Article 2 (Registration / Commencement of Use)
A usage agreement shall be formed at the time an applicant for use starts using the App in accordance with the method prescribed by the Operator.
Article 3 (Fees and Payment)
- Use of Basic Features
The basic features of the App are available free of charge.
- Paid Features (Premium Plan: Monthly/Annual Subscription)
In order to use additional features within the App (the “Premium Features”), the User shall pay the monthly or annual subscription fee (the “Fees”) set by the App Store. Details of the Fees, billing cycle (renewal date), and the features provided are described on the in-app purchase screen and on the App Store product page. Unless the User cancels through the prescribed procedure, the subscription will automatically renew on the renewal date.
- Payment Method
All purchases and payment processing are handled through the App Store payment system provided by Apple Inc. The Operator does not directly store the User’s credit card information or similar payment information.
- Sharing Across Devices
Premium Features purchased may be used on other iOS devices signed in with the same Apple ID through the “Restore Purchases” function without additional charges.
- Refunds / Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations for in-app purchases are subject to Apple Inc.’s rules and policies. The Operator does not provide refunds directly.
Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
In using the App, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the App’s servers or networks
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App’s services
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Using the App for an improper purpose
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator
